Extremely bad signal i have to pay the full price of R480 but can't watch anything nothing plays properly I was told my address is very far away from the towers? And was told that this would be resolved but it was never resolved and still hasn't been now that I want to cancel my sim it says cancelation will only take effect at the end of April I am paying for a service I cannot make any use of its very unfair and unprofessional I am very disappointed in rain and their service please don't sign up with them, I also received an invoice of R698 because rain allocated a sim to someone without my consent as I didn't sign off on this was during December 2020 they delivered the sim to someone without my permission this is truly disgusting and unethical!!
am extremely disappointed with my experience at style studio they did an ombré for me and completely messed it up it turned an orange tone instead of the nice brownish tone that I left with and they took no responsibility for messing up my hair instead I was just told that it should of never happened they don’t know why it did and that I would have to come in and pay for it to be corrected I am not a expect in the filed and would of liked them to get it right the first time round as they should or and offered to pay for it to be corrected and fix my hair but this wasn’t the case and I am now left with my hair looking terrible and wasted a lot of money I will never recommend them or advise anyone to go to them poor unprofessional service and treatment! And extremely arrogant their approach must be that the client is wrong because I was told that it’s basically my fault and responsibility for my hair and to fix it
The guy Deon who blew dry my hair can’t blow dry at all I was very disappointed in how it came out and mentioned this to him after which I asked if he could flat iron it for me it looked very puffy on top as he didn’t blow dry starting from the roots he started from the ends which I wasn’t even sure you could do, I personally know how to blow dry so he definitely didn’t know what he was doing I felt like I wasted my money on even requesting a blow dry wouldn’t recommend them or go back again also he took very long to blow dry my hair and cut my hair, they also need to get a receptionist cause he kept on having to leave my hair and attend to clients. Not very professional or experienced hairdresser
I registered for the paralegal course in 2015 and completed in December 2016 I met up with all of my payments each month as expected and completed all the subjects and assignments were all up to date by the end of my final year in 2016, I was corresponding back and forth during this time with one of the staff at South African law school regarding registration of my National Paralegal certificate as obviously promised when you complete any given course. And was advised that once I had been verified which they apparently applied for me I would receive the certificate upon graduation. It’s now 2018 and I still have not received my registered certificate, it still has not been stamped by SASSETA if I’d known it would of taken this long I would of never done the course through them and wouldn’t recommend anyone to them, I feel highly disappointed in this campus as I’ve had to pay a lot of money for this and still have not received what I paid for and was promised in return. They don’t bother keeping you updated either and when contacting SASSETA directly I was advised that I was not on their system and was told by the campus that apparently SASSETA didn’t capture my details so if they have known this all along (2 years to be exact ) why not be on the ball and gotten it done by now? no effort was made on their part it seems and they only on the ball when it comes to collecting money...they do not keep to their word and are very unreliable I’m afraid that the campus is not legit or an accredited institution I’m very concerned about this and they have raised my suspicions!
Hi I bought the hydro boost neutrogena face range and I am extremely unhappy with the product it stings my face and has given me red blemishes on my forehead I was recommended this product by one of the sales assistants at clicks I’ve never had a problem with using the neutrogena face range until now I purchased this product about over a month ago and thought my face was just adjusting to it but seems to have gotten worse overtime and no improvement it has done absolutely nothing for my skin and I checked clicks refund and exchange policy and you guys will not exchange or refund me but supposedly claim to do refunds and exchanges if the customer like myself is unsatified with the product it all sounds very contradictory to me how do I know or anyone for that matter know that they are unhappy with the product unless you open it and use it?! I’m now sitting with full bottles and feel like my money has been wasted but more importantly my skin has suffered because of this and now I have damaged skin all because I took and trusted the sales assistant when they told me that it was good for sensitive skin and a good product to use I feel very angered that this product is even on the market!
I was at the hairdresser 2 weeks ago and had received a cut when i walked in the stylist was complaining about wanting to go home as they were finishing early that day my appointment was at 15:30 and they were closing at 4pm i had asked for a wet cut initially they had just wanted to give me a dry cut as this was also too much effort for her i specifically also asked for more layers the stylist clearly doesn't know what shes doing and shouldn't even be a hairdresser im extremely dissapointed by the poor service i received they weren't wellcoming and if less time was spent on complaining to leave and more time spent on the client then maybe it wouldn't of been such a disaster!THIS WOMAN COMPLETELY ****ED UP MY HAIR IT LOOKS WORSE THAN BEFORE THE CUT And i PAID FOR THIS SERVICE MY ENDS LOOK HORRIBLE AND THE LAYERS ARE very short on top it doesn't fall nicely as it should im having to tie my hair up more now than before and it doesn't look nice at all when its wet or blow dried she cant cut for **** bad service and unwellcoming staff!!! And definitely a waste of money!
I bought a pram for R6000 @ toys r us cape gate on Thursday morning the 1st February when i went to go and collect the pram that evening i saw the exact pram for a cheaper price and asked the manager to keep it out for me until Saturday which she then agreed to keep it out until Saturday as they insisted on seeing the debt card that it was purchased from before doing any refund/exchange i clearly explained to her that my boyfriend would only be available to provide his debt card on Saturday however Saturday when we arrived at the store i was advised by the cashier/ sales consultant Vanessa @ toys r us cape gate mall that the manager had told her to sell my pram which bare in mind was already paid for as and i quote "she should of come the friday to collect the pram" out of anger and feeling very disrespected and frustrated at this point i demanded that they refund me my money back for the entire sale of the pram which they couldn't do due to not having enough cash and promised to order me another one on Monday the 5th February upon arriving at the store today i was told that they had no pram for me still exuses were given for their poor service and attitude not to mention behaviour and i am disgusted by them i was disregarded as a customer and this is all after they had received a huge sale of R10000 that Thursday morning when i purchased all my baby things from them according to them their company policy is that the customer is in the wrong not the consumer and i wouldn't recommend anyone buy from Toys R us cape gate mall! they refused to take responsibility for their actions and behaviour and not even a phone call was given before selling my pram instead I was told that i should of collected on Friday pathetic staff and management @ toys r us cape gate!
