Lack of compassion from management

I was very dissapointed today during my visit to Mooiberge Farmstall. It is a place I visit every time I am in Cape Town. During my visit today and old lady fell down in the parking lot. Everybody who had just parked, came to help as well as some patrons from The Thirsty Scarecrow... However, when I ran into the Farmstall to ask for a chair and some ice, I was informed that the ice is R12... I am still waiting for the chair... a carguard brought us a plastic crate eventually... No management from either Mooiberge or the Restuarant came out to see what had happened or to offer help...

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of compassion...
