Owner was rude to us

We had a horrible experience today. First our drinks was warm, no to little ice. Then our food was overcooked. We did the responsible thing and took an Uber but our phones died and the owner did not want us to charge our phones to get an Uber or wanted to help us to find someone to take us home to Somerset West. She was very rude and when one of the staff members wanted to help us, she yelled at them.

We always used to take out of towners there and its the first place we say to people to visit. But we will never go back.
