RSA Trace and Recover
RSA TRACE AND RECOVER, previously We Trace and The Tracing group run by Tiaan Gericke has once again taken money from a clent but has not given any correspondence if feed back once you have paid.. Does not answer calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. It seems tgat is his MO as I can see by other people's warning on Mr Gericke. Just be aware he changes the companies name.

RSA TRACE AND RECOVER, previously We Trace and The Tracing group run by Tiaan Gericke has once again taken money from a clent but has not given any correspondence if feed back once you have paid.. Does not answer calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. It seems tgat is his MO as I can see by other people's warning on Mr Gericke. Just be aware he changes the companies name.

We Trace
We Trace are operating together/same /previously as The Tracing Group. They have a lot of bad reviews under The Tracing Group and just want to warn ⚠️ unsuspecting citizens. After payment you get a piece of paper but has no documents to substantiate their claims. Mr Gericke stops taking your calls and just keep you on a line.

The Tracing Group / We Trace
Received forms The Tracing Group to find my mother in law. I was contacted by Mr N Gericke saying they have a report and I must pay to receive report. I paid R4500 and the inv was in We Trace name. He sent a report saying she passed in the UK, date of death and Cemetery. I requested document to substantiate his report and no response. I emailed the Cemetery and have no record of her been buried there. We have been totally traumatized by this and don't even know if she is a live or dead. They have many phone numbers and don't take calls. It's one lie after the other. DO NOT USE THESE BOGUS GERICKE FAMILY AFFAIR.

**** **** ****. Never use this company it is a scan. They made me pay R4500 to trace my phone and after that they send me google pictures and say the phone is in that area but when I get there they say the phone is moving and they will send me updates every 15 minutes but when I call them they no longer answer and the guy start to be rude. Their number is 071 111 1605. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS

I don't want to give one star, but it seems I have to. I had exactly the same experience as Sharon (November 23). They sent a quote then informed me the job was complete. I paid. Nothing happened. I emailed. No reply. In desperation I telephoned to get told off by some dude that the report had been sent. I asked for it to be sent again. He said he would. Nothing happened. I phoned again. This time the dude yelled at me then hung up. I tried opening a "new" investigation with them. (To investigate why I had not received my report.) That got a response. "We deleted your file after we sent you the report as per our operating protocols." Use them, by all means. Just don't expect to get anything back.

Very bad service. Do not use them. My company contacted them regarding a individual we needed to trace. 30 Minutes after we contacted them we received a invoice for a ridiculous amount, we then said we would rather not use there services. They then insisted we pay because they already traced the individual in question. It was not possible to find the person in such short amount of time, and they cannot start with any work until we as there client accepts there quote.

Very bad service. Do not use them. My experience was similar to other reviews here. These guys are full of promises until they have your money! Then it's excuse after excuse and ignoring of your calls. I received an 8 year old address and a 2 year old address, once I pointed out that both the addresses were available with a simple google search they went quiet and ignored my calls. Requests for refund or for them to live up to their commitments go unanswered. STAY AWAY!!!
