Disrespectful Consultant

I spoke to a consultant who was soo rude to me he insulted me just because I mis read something.. I have screen shots of the conversation he was so disrespectful.. I wish I could post the screen shot but I will send it to the owner because this is not how u treat a customer.. U just lost a R300000 sale for a holiday of 6 people.. I will not use a company with such disrespect.
