I’ve always spent so much money to support this business and the shocking thing that has disappointed me so deeply is the disorganisation during busy times.

I stood in the line like everyone else but soon realised that there were people who were cutting in the line and not on the list.

The sad part is that when I did mention this to the receptionist she was very aware and dismissed me because these were their favourite clients who provided them with bribes to get to the front. All of the people who were pushed to the front were Indians and this is a sign of ******.

I will never ever support this business again or any of its branches. I hope someone identifies that there is huge potential to open another nail bar in this area because clearly the Treat by nana has no competition and taking its black clients for guaranteed.
