Rude Casualty nurses at Edenvale hospital
Edenvale hospital used to be so good back in 2017 - the staff was helpful and friendly, the maternity ward was wonderful, the antenatal facility was on point. Today I was introduced to a new Edenvale Hospital after rushing someone to casualty. The staff is so arrogant - the only people who are friendly and helpful are the security guards. At the casualty; a male nurse was shouting at a woman who was giving birth in a room and it also sounded as if he was hitting her because she had **** about being pregnant and ended up giving there. The female nurses at the desk are so undermining and super rude that they need to be taught office etiquette. I don’t know who’s heading that hospital now but wow, they’re doing a bad job when it comes to hiring their nurses.

****** is the fall of any business.
I’ve always spent so much money to support this business and the shocking thing that has disappointed me so deeply is the disorganisation during busy times. I stood in the line like everyone else but soon realised that there were people who were cutting in the line and not on the list. The sad part is that when I did mention this to the receptionist she was very aware and dismissed me because these were their favourite clients who provided them with bribes to get to the front. All of the people who were pushed to the front were Indians and this is a sign of ******. I will never ever support this business again or any of its branches. I hope someone identifies that there is huge potential to open another nail bar in this area because clearly the Treat by nana has no competition and taking its black clients for guaranteed.

Levi’s Mall of Africa has 0 client service.
The Levi’s at Mall of Africa has the WORST service. The female staff in that store don’t want to work and are extremely unprofessional. I love my Levi’s jeans but after the bad service that I was given - I’ll just continue with my Guess and Sissyboy jeans. I never want to feel like I’m annoying people when I ask for assistance in a store.

Don’t buy a Bosch stove.
I bought a Bosch stove about 3 weeks ago and had an electrician install it. The stove just stopped working last week and I called Bosch service to come and check it out. I’ve never been so shocked at how poorly trained the agents were when they came to fix the stove. The guy asked me to give him a towel (I don’t know from r what) but I refused because when you do a job you should have all your equipment with you. He was very rude when he was speaking to me and was gossiping about me to the colleague while I was standing in the same room as the. I don’t think they would’ve acted like that if my husband were there.

My favourite Mall of all time.
Love the service at Fourways Mall I live in Kyalami and drive to Fourways Mall to do my major shopping because the service there is absolute amazing. The staff in almost all of the stores is friendly and helpful- I don’t know how they do it but please keep it up and let’s make our country a wonderful place to be in.

Unhappy parent
I bought my kids winter uniform at the School and Leisure branch in Lonehill Fourways, Johannesburg on the 1st of June and when the kids tried the uniforms on the sizes were either too big or too small. I then decided to return the uniforms and get my money back the following day but when I got to the store I was told that they could not give me a refund because the value of my purchase was too high. So they could only refund me if my purchase was R500 or less ; my purchase was R2600. There was no sign in the store that said I couldn’t get my money back and when I asked to speak to the store manager she wasn’t there and when I called her she refused to speak to me and lied that she was in a meeting. I am still fighting for my money today and want to warn people about this branch. Hopefully our SGB can’t consider finding another uniform supplier because this supplier treats us like rubbish.
