The booking process, conducted via email, spiraled into a maddening cycle of fluctuating appointment times, irrelevant promotions, and an unsettling array of personnel involvement, complete with embarrassing spelling errors. Despite involving the spa manager, whose response mandated an unnecessary phone call, my refusal to engage in further verbal exchanges was met with silence. Apparently, seamless communication is a luxury reserved for those who don't mind their time being disregarded. Disappointing and far from the standard one would expect from a so-called top-tier establishment.
