I bought a birthday voucher for my wife in June 24. Voucher valid for 12 months. Trying to get booking for 16 or 17 November 2024. I have called 3 times. Spoken to 6 different people. I emailed the booking voucher reference. I asked politely that they at least confirm our booking by close of business on 12 November. No one called me after I have been on this for 4 days. I only read the rest of the shocking service remarks on the spa and hotel now which scares me. I have paid in excess of R5000 for the voucher. Service is extremely bad until now compared to any other hotel and spa. Will keep this post updated. For now , dont recommend this place yet. Special feeling of the gift in principle is already gone with this difficulties faced. I already feel like demanding the money back...
