Bad service and unreliable from The Tyre Mall

I reached out to [The Tyre Mall] four weeks ago regarding [spoke to Lerato regarding the ad on price check for 185/65r14 Continental Tyres advertised at less 22%]. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I have not received any response from them. This lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional.

I expected better service from [The Tyre Mall], and their failure to address my concerns promptly has left me dissatisfied. As a customer, I value responsiveness and clear communication, both of which have been sorely lacking in this experience.

I hope that [The Tyre Mall] takes steps to improve their customer service processes and ensures that other customers do not face similar delays. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services based on my recent interaction.
