I am lodging a complaint regarding poor service and lack of communication on my uncontested divorce matter. The process was initiated on 01 April 2026. I was initially assisted by consultant Kgahlego, but later reassigned to Thapelo. I submitted all required documents to the new consultant on 17 April 2026 as requested. Since that date, there has been no meaningful progress update, confirmation of filing, or clear communication regarding the status of my matter. Despite several attempts to follow up, I have not received any response or timeline for finalisation. This matter is now unreasonably delayed, despite all required documents being submitted timeously. I am requesting urgent intervention, a clear update on the status of the case, and confirmation of when it will be finalised. Kindly treat this complaint as urgent.
