Free week accommodation as on the contract
When i asked them about the free accommodation as mentioned on the contract they tossed me around i was transferred from one person to another with no amicable solution. Other than that In January this year when i was supposed to be booked for accommodation they secured a substandard accommodation in Durban called Sliver Sands. This accommodation is not even of the size of my time shares as mine is a 4-sleeper but i was booked in a 2-sleeper.

Could your please refer your complaint to info@tvgc.co.za?
As per free accommodation on your contract, we were not aware of this arrangement when new members signed on, when we took over the club form the previous management. On enquiry we were informed that new members who signed on received a free week for 2 out of season.
