DO NOT BUY FROM THE VANITY STUDIO/ MIRRIOR AND CO. DURBAN

I ordered a vanity set from The Vanity Studio (also known as Mirror & Co.), and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. From the start, I was given false promises and misleading information about delivery times. Communication was poor, and I had to constantly follow up with them to get any updates.

After weeks of delays and empty assurances, I eventually requested a refund. I was told it would take 5–10 days, but even that turned into a drawn-out, stressful process. Only after repeatedly messaging them and finally threatening to report the business and expose what was happening did they issue the refund.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone — be very careful before placing an order.
