Dont trust this company.....
If I could give a 0 I would.
Stay clear of this Company.
November 2024 I ordered a R15 000 vanity Cabinet with a accessory unit which I asked him to build separately. In December I made full payment. I did not pay small money for the cabinet.
He said he would have it delivered by end February as it was a big cabinet.
February came and went so did March, April, May and hundreds of excuses later, in May whilst I was away for 6 weeks he delivered my domestic just signed and took it. Upon my return to south africa I opened up my packages to find the following.

2. Damaged product.
3. Roughly cut glass
4. Light on mirror not working properly with glue running down.
5. Edges down very badly.
6. Wood cut badly.
7. Wrong measurements much smaller the specs he have me.
8. Drawers unable to open easily and its sitting in the cabinet slanted.
9. The side accessory is missing completely.
10. The height is far from 2 metres its shorter than me by about 20cm and im 1.74.
11. Nails have been *****ed through the wood.
12. The product cannot be put together.
I've asked him to collect his product and refund me. He says theres no refunds on his products. So I asked him so we are forced to accept a damaged product. He blames his staff and then said he was not there, so I asked from December until May tou were not there and does he not check his products before shipping them out.

07 Sept 2025, 13:34Upon back and forth her said he will pay the amount back in installments slowly. I did not agree as I paid him immediate payment and in full.
Anyway I had to get an attorney of which he finally agreed to pay installments but he refuses to sign the acknowledgement of Debt from my attorneys, now his evading my attorneys since May 2025 thats like 5 months now, no response, no response, no refund.
Im sitting with a half a product thats damaged.
I would not recommend and I suggest when putting on reviews that you post it on all the platforms.
