Broken Transfer case
Had the worst experience from Derek. They Messed up the Transfer case of my BMW x3 Please don't take your car there to be fixed. I have the RMI people involved and will be taking them to Court as well. I paid R10k and Impac paid another R10k. And it is still broken. Now I have to get someone else to fix the original issues and more.

Proffesional Service and Good Price
This was the best experience when it comes to servicing and repairs of you beloved vehicle. My vehicles air con compressor has decided to begin to make a noise. The company where my warranty is recommended them. I also arrange with them to service my car and requested Derick to check the boot door of my SUV, because it does not want to open at all. Wow, I changed the wiring of the door and there it is working. It is also opening with the remote without opening all the doors. When I received the bill, I was so impressed, I did not charge me extra for the wiring of the door. My car will never see another worksop again, only The Vehicle Inspector.
