Within 20min after logging claim and insurer I was contacted by Outeniqua Plumbing, and withing 1 hour they visited my business to assess the situation. Now less than 24 hours later and the matter is finalized, brand new geyser fitted. Great and professional service recieved.
Claim 425232521 My geyser burst at my business premises. I phoned Outsurance and Lerato Molekwa assisted me with my claim. The call took only 5-7min and a plumber was immediately appointed to me. She informed me that if I don’t hear from them within 2 hours, I should send her a message. Within 20min I was contacted by plumber, and withing 1 hour they visited my business to assess the situation. Now less than 24 hours later and the matter is finalized, brand new geyser fitted. After confirming bank details, they still have debit order issues. I tried the Cell C app, but it's not working; I'm unable to log in or do anything. I then turned to the website, only to find that it is also not working. I tried a password reset; however, when the OTP is entered, it shows that an internal error occurred. I tried this a few times without success.
