I emailed the day spa for a booking for my anniversary in April. According to the website it doesn't say anything about prices changing due to seasonal change etc. In fact I wouldn't have minded, I just told the person I was chatting to on watsapp that it should be mentioned on the website to be fair on their customers who are booking. Especially on the packages they are advertising. I assume he is the owner, as his response to me was that he wishes not to have me on his property. I was so shocked about his disregard and terrible attitude over a watsapp just because of a simple statement I made. I've never even experienced a person in business respond is such an unprofessional manner. I wonder how he treats his guests or staff if this was just a query online, I can't imagine how he would respond if you are on-site and unhappy about something. Absolutely disgusted, he doesn't understand the power of word of mouth
