I Ordered wagu meat online from The Wagu Experience. I got an initial response from them, but then nothing. I eventually contacted them, to be told they do not deliver anymore. I then organised to have the meat collected. The package was not checked on collection and I noticed that I was short supplied. I contacted them. They said that they would deliver the meat that was short. I also suggested that they can just refund the difference. I never got the meat from them or a refund. It was not a good experience.
