The Waldorf - Utter disrespect

I would just like to put in a formal complaint against the complex. The Waldorf complex/flats occupants have absolutely no respect for anyone living in and around the complex.

We visited some friends in the complex next to the Waldorf complex on saturday, I first thought that we went to a shebeen. There were some specific flats that were totally disregarding the COVID "rules" as absolutely no masks were worn, alcohol was abused and the shouting and screaming that came from the flats are horrendous.

Something needs to be done here, SAPS cannot even get into the complex as the security does not allow them in so they can get the certain occupants to quiet down.

Can someone please get these tenants out of their as soon as possible as the surrounding complexes will lose their families as a result of the disturbance coming from The Waldorf.
