Bad Client Service

I am very disappointed in the service I received from this company. Apart from struggling to get hold of the sales team, it took them ages to get back to me on queries I had. After I paid my order and went there to collect they didn't have the amount they confirmed on their order confirmation. When I followed up with Rudi at the sales department he had a very bad attitude and didn't even try to accommodate me, or even just offer an apology. I would NOT recommend them at all.
