I have always been fond of willows since I was a child.But today I was totally put off by the way your management and staff at your reception and reservation treated me.I called for a booking for the lapa area at your 3pools on the 29 Dec 2021 late the afternoon.The consultant assured me that the area is vacant for the date I wanted,which is 8 January 2022,for my 7 year old son's birthday party,and I should send the booking form that he will email to me, first thing in the morning.I did that first thing.Just to be called later that day to inform me the venue is not available.I tried to liaise with the manager ,a Mr Lesley, that actually told me that I am wrong and his consultant,Collin, is right.There was no apology,no admitting to any mistake made on their reservations,and my call with the manager was actually dropped by him.I called back immediately just to be told that he, Lesley,is now on lunch but they will transfer me from the front desk.But to my demise,just for the call to be dropped again.I am totally disgusted at the kind of treatment received from your reception staff.A place that I attach fond memories to ,has now left a very bitter taste in my mouth.😡
