I have always been fond of willows since I was a child.But today I was totally put off by the way your management and staff at your reception and reservation treated me.I called for a booking for the lapa area at your 3pools on the 29 Dec 2021 late the afternoon.The consultant assured me that the area is vacant for the date I wanted,which is 8 January 2022,for my 7 year old son's birthday party,and I should send the booking form that he will email to me, first thing in the morning.I did that first thing.Just to be called later that day to inform me the venue is not available.I tried to liaise with the manager ,a Mr Lesley, that actually told me that I am wrong and his consultant,Collin, is right.There was no apology,no admitting to any mistake made on their reservations,and my call with the manager was actually dropped by him.I called back immediately just to be told that he, Lesley,is now on lunch but they will transfer me from the front desk.But to my demise,just for the call to be dropped again.I am totally disgusted at the kind of treatment received from your reception staff.A place that I attach fond memories to ,has now left a very bitter taste in my mouth.😡

It was last year on the 29 October 2015 12:53 PM when I made bookings for Self Catering Accommodation for 30 December 2015 on The Willows 8 Holmpark Place Durban North 4051 Kwazulu Natal and payed deposit of R2500 to Jacqui Williams account Banking Details:<br> Bank:First National Bank<br> Branch:Durban North<br> Branch Code:220426<br> Account Number:50791811208<br> Name of Account:J WILLIAMS<br> Swift code: FIRNZAJJ <br> I then cancelled the bookings on the 14 of December she was okay and told me to email my banking details so that she can depost the money of R2500 because i cancelled in time and was to get the whole amount. I sent her my banking details but since then she has not payed me money whey i called her she would make up stories and promise to deposit. Then after that she never answered my phone if i call her by private number she calls and finds out that its me she drops the phone.<br> <br> I still our convesationns with emails and proof of payment R2500
