TWT Silver Oakes shines with customer service
The friendly, knowledgeable people at this TWT went out of their way to solve a car sensor problem of Discovery. The lady who assisted me Sibonglie, kept on with a very unhelpful Discovery call centre, replacing 3 sensors and numerous phone calls, until the sensor worked perfectly. This level of customer service is seldom found. When I next require new tires for my car, I will not even consider any other dealer.

Auto Lab Menlyn has my vote for excellent service
My car went in to Auto Lab for a minor repair recently, the service was exceptional. The service representative Alicia Wentzel was exceptional in handling a grumpy old man by having all documents ready,, having coffee served, arranging a drive David to take me home and best of all providing me with an accurate delivery date. Alicia also sent me daily updates of the progress of work, sent David to collect me and had the car and paperwork ready for collection. The repair/ replacement looks great. If all service businesses employ customer facing staff who are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable life would be much better.

Net Assess is a net scam
My experience with this setup as a Discovery client is horrific. They lie do no work, refuse to disclose information, treat you like trash , ride on their Discovery exclusive. Make you come to their " centre", offer no recompense for their incompetence, trying to contact them is a mission. The people I spoke to, Caren no surname and her supervisor Theresa Botha, just tell you to lump it. No idea of serving the customer. It is a tragedy that a paying customer of Discovery is subjected to this scam

SQUARE TIME IS TOPS IN THE EAST
We had lunch on Saturday, the service, food and drinks were excellent! If you are in the east, come and enjoy a private business, not a plastic franchise outfit. And you can log in to free WIFI, very handy when the frequent power outages in the east strike. Big screen sports with a lively crowd is a blast. We returned on Sunday afternoon for coffee and a sweet treat, lovely vibe

BB Suzuki Hatfield meets and exceeds my expectations
The friendly folk at Suzuki reminded me that my Swift was due for a service last week. I asked if they could do the service while I waited. Yesterday I took the car for the service ,arriving before 07h00> I was greeted and documented, the car was given priority and by 10h30 the service was completed and the car washed too. What a pleasant experience from all staff , they delivered on their promise and everyone was helpful in a friendly spirit. Keep up your standard!

Centurion Upholstery the better than expected results experts
We had old leather couches restored and recolored recently. The result is magical, we have brand new furniture at a fraction of new couches! The sales lady Lewisa is super, she kept all her promises and delivered on time. I am taking more pieces to them soon and would recommend them to anybody requiring expert results on time within budget.

Coastal Hire Lynwood Road comes to the rescue
During last week the major portion of Pretoria East had to contend with a local power outage. My generator stopped producing power, I called Coastal Hire in Lynnwood road and spoke to Justin. Obviously they had no machines for hire, but he was kind enough to fins out what my problem was. Justin then offered to send one of his teams to check my generator on site and if necessary to take it to their workshop for repair. Early the next morning his team arrived and checked my generator and established that it was working great, the fault was with a wall plug. What a knowledgeable team, what a fast and professional service! I then called Justin to find out what I owed for the call out. Justin assured me that since no fault was found and no repair necessary there would be no charge. This level of service is exceptional, honest and friendly above anything else that I have experienced ! The help, offered and given is exceptional! If you need power generators or anything else in the line of equipment that Coastal offer, don't hesitate, this level of support is not to be found anywhere else.
