Food from hell
I made an order at 10 am I have received my order on 1:30 the chips were burned and dry the service is the worst I can imagine. I have tried talking to the manager which was bad

Complaint about the unprofessional Bar manager at Square Time
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at Square Time Café. This establishment has been a regular hangout spot for my friends and me, but unfortunately, that has changed due to the unprofessional behavior of your bar manager. During our last visit, we encountered an issue that could have been resolved amicably. However, instead of handling the matter professionally, the bar manager was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to even engage in a conversation with us about the situation and chose to act in an unprofessional and childish manner. To make matters worse, he instructed the staff not to serve us, which was both unnecessary and unjustified. This experience has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome at a place we once enjoyed. No customer should be treated in such a manner, and it is disappointing to see a lack of professionalism from someone in a managerial position.

Verbally abused for being *******ual
I’m extremely disappointed. We were verbally abused for being *******ual by the male manager at the bar. We have been going to this place for years and years. And this is not the first time this has happened apparently. You are going to lose a lot of loyal Lgbtq customers because of him.

Verbally abused for being *******ual
I’m extremely disappointed. We were verbally abused for being *******ual by the male manager at the bar. We have been going to this place for years and years. And this is not the first time this has happened apparently. You are going to lose a lot of loyal Lgbtq customers because of him.

Best server @Square Time café - Alvin
We had dinner Saturday evening 20/01/2024. Alvin was our server. He served as with care and always a big smile. Making sure we happy with our food and drinks. As always we had great food and a great evening. Thank you Alvin!

Shocking treatment of patrons.
Firstly my starter was cold and the cheese was not melted on the garlic bread. After the manager rectified the mistake I was satisfied. However I got my main dish and the vegetables were cold. After bringing this to the attention of the manager he said he would heat the food up and strike it off the bill which was not necessary although he had insisted. After receiving the bill I noticed that the meal was charged for which I enquired with the manager on duty as the previous manager had finished his shift. Upon enquiring I was met with utter arrogance and extreme rudeness from the kitchen manager who was very condescending. After addressing the issue with the owner it was merely shrugged off and I was offered alcohol for my worries. Used to be a regular but will never go back. Mistakes can be made but rudeness and arrogance cannot be excused.

Beyond happy!
The most incredible service one could ask for! Held a birthday there on the 26th of November. Thank you to Bennie and all the staff that helped us create such a special day. Incredible food at great price too. Thank you for everyone's efforts. Would absolutely recommend you guys to anyone and everyone.

SQUARE TIME IS TOPS IN THE EAST
We had lunch on Saturday, the service, food and drinks were excellent! If you are in the east, come and enjoy a private business, not a plastic franchise outfit. And you can log in to free WIFI, very handy when the frequent power outages in the east strike. Big screen sports with a lively crowd is a blast. We returned on Sunday afternoon for coffee and a sweet treat, lovely vibe

SQUARE TIME BOARDWALK MANOR - PATHETIC MANAGEMENT
<p>i did an inquiry on the take away menu this morning... i was told that the specials (some of them) only apply to sit down customers (WHY APPEAR ON THE TAKE AWAY MENU) our office has ordered the same specials on numerous occasions and paid the 50% discounted price without ever being an issue. I was told by the "Senior Manager""they are aware of the ""print error"" (on the same menu that we used for nearly 2 years ordering the same discounted prices) but it's to costly to recall the menu's (duh what about printing new ones to replace the so called incorrect ones??) his pathetic excuse of loosing more money on the schnitzels than on the burgers or pizzas does not make sense. U sir are a disgrace and has lost 6 regular clients which supported your resturaunt for over 2 years! oh yes... to top it of... an order that was placed yesterdag 20/6/2017 at 13h00... we are still waiting!!! POOR LEADERSHIP AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE</p>
