Bringing the streaming packages were supposed to make things easier but I'm afraid it's so much more complicated. I have paid for a service I have not received for over a week now. And multichoice wonder why they are losing clients. Honestly a waste of time and money. Disgraceful
Firstly my starter was cold and the cheese was not melted on the garlic bread. After the manager rectified the mistake I was satisfied. However I got my main dish and the vegetables were cold. After bringing this to the attention of the manager he said he would heat the food up and strike it off the bill which was not necessary although he had insisted. After receiving the bill I noticed that the meal was charged for which I enquired with the manager on duty as the previous manager had finished his shift. Upon enquiring I was met with utter arrogance and extreme rudeness from the kitchen manager who was very condescending. After addressing the issue with the owner it was merely shrugged off and I was offered alcohol for my worries. Used to be a regular but will never go back. Mistakes can be made but rudeness and arrogance cannot be excused.
The nursery and animals create a serene ambience. However the restaurants service is appalling. The waiters are never present to attention to your order. The owner accused me of not paying my bill and having multiple tabs open. This was not the case as I had clarified with the waiters. The owner was obstreperous and arrogant and did not admit to her mistake or apologise. Nice nursery but terrible restaurant. Change of ownership is in line as customer relations are poor. I would not recommend going to the restaurant as a fish rots from the head. And I feel the owner is running many customers away. I would like feedback as soon as possible
