Complaint about the unprofessional Bar manager at Square Time

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at Square Time Café. This establishment has been a regular hangout spot for my friends and me, but unfortunately, that has changed due to the unprofessional behavior of your bar manager.

During our last visit, we encountered an issue that could have been resolved amicably. However, instead of handling the matter professionally, the bar manager was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to even engage in a conversation with us about the situation and chose to act in an unprofessional and childish manner. To make matters worse, he instructed the staff not to serve us, which was both unnecessary and unjustified.

This experience has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome at a place we once enjoyed. No customer should be treated in such a manner, and it is disappointing to see a lack of professionalism from someone in a managerial position.
