Unfair treatment

Was on the bond application process, nothing has done the I decided to cancel which was beyond my control and the transfer cost payment was done in February by end of March the agent sent the cancellation to the Attorneys, they kept quiet with my refund till I went back to the agent three days ago it's when they called me advise to bring some documents for my funds, mind you during my cancellation the Agent advise they won't penalised or any legal cost will be charged. Now when they refunded me they deducted R3600.00, they said is for the penalties and waisted of their time the Attorneys. The person who was assisting me by the name of Matshepo when I called to query about the shortfall amount she was very rude and disrespectful to me.

We communicated through email myself, Matshepo and the agent still she refused to refund the shortfall, however she said I must call the Director, I did call the Director they said is not available will get back to me it's been hours now.

The treatment that they treated me with I feel like it's unfair, cos there was nothing done on the matter/process, just because the funds was in their account they come up with unnecessary Legal cost for What I've no idea.

My question to them was who appointed them Who is liable for waisted time If the funds wasn't paid who will be liable for the debt.

I feel Threatmeyer took advantage of me cos my funds was into their account. Am not happy with this behaviour and bad treatment received from this Attorneys.

What I need from them is my shortfall refund of R3600.00.

The treatment is clearly unfair. They denied with my money for more than 15days at the end they pay shortfall amount. This is not acceptable and I won't consider it never.
