Good day, Am not happy with Telkom service and I want to cancel all my three lines with them. In October ive chamge debit order date from the 20th to the 25th monthly, the consultant confirm to be changed as of November 25th. Then On the 20th November they tried to debit my account and debit order bounced. Then I called them I asked why they tried to debit on the 20th. They said the debit date was not changed it will be changed. On the 25th November I was debited, then today another debit with extra R202 went off. I called in and ask why do they debit today,they said debit order date was not changed, why because it was confirmed and went off on the 25th November. And i asked about R202 they said its for debit order that was bounced on the 20th November, and it was not my fault for debit date not changed, and my bank charged me an amount of R125,00.Telekom charged me 85% of my debit order and withing 72hours they debit their monthly fees in November but I was charged R202 which I don't understand what's the for. Now am requesting for R202 to be credited back to my account i was told is for the debit order bounced since when the bank and creditors charge me the bank charges. Please Telkom is now ****ming people for adding unnecessary bank charges and this was an internal issues by not updating their system. The gentleman that I spoke to today he confirmed nothing was updating on the record but he can see that I called Telkom several times now I've been penalized for their own fault. TELKOM ITS A **** FOR CHARGING CUSTOMERS BANK CHARGING THIS IS ILEGAL AND ********. I want to cancel all my service with them immediately.
My brother was admitted in Life Roseacres Primerose on the 17th June 2025, he was in ICU...the care for the nurses and DR were very good and he was clean every. Then on the 05th july 2025 he was moved from ICU to Surgical ward, since then my brother he is always dirty and he is unbelievable to walk or even feed himself. The nurses in that ward they are careless and not willing to assist. Every night when I pay a visit my brother is hungry with the food on the table and the man he can't move. On the 07th during 19:15 visit hours i found my brother's food on the table and he can not move to fetch the food and he is unable to feed himself, I was very dirty. On the 08th July 2025 same things app**** then I had to feed him but unfortunately I can not bath him...He can't move on the bed mind you. I called one of the nurses to come and help me to try to balance him when am feeding, since she said am coming. I feded my brother badly till the end that nurses she didn't come till I left the hospital. I felt so emotional to the extent of crying for my brother, which means if we don't have time to visit him during the day or night he can spend days without eating. It means because I don't have time to visit him during the day my brother he is spending the whole day without eating and bathing. His head and face can tell this person the last time he took bath was on Friday the 04th when he was in ICU ward. Surgical ward they are careless with no respect. I need to move my brother from that hospital Life Roseacress Germiston, because Surgical ward they don't treat the patient well. Mind you the medical aid is paying everything day. Am not happy about that ward and my brother need care. His name is Lesiba Petrus kobo am not happy at all my brother is suffering there.
Am experiencing a very bad treatment with Wesbank. Wesbank debited thier monthly installment then I mistakenly transfer the funds in to my Wesbank account, and currently am in a process of settling the Wesbank account. Settlement letter issued am on waiting period as per the letter. Now when am asking Wesbank to refund or reverse the money. They said they will refund me half of the funds because am in arrears. And currently am paying those arrears and it was included on the settlement balance. Am currently requesting a full refund from Wesbank because that funds was mistakenly transfered to the wrong account. Wesbank debited the full monthly installment.
Am a customer who bought the car in October 2024 was financed by Wesbank at Hyundai Boksburg, two weeks later I noted a noise on the engine and return the car, they told me that they checked the there is nothing wrong with the car except the belt which need to be replaced. The car was at the dealership for about a week, then they called me to come and collect the car, I drove the car local, in January 2025 I traveled to Limpopo on my way back the car just misbehave gear lever 4 to 6 stopped working. I tour the car from PTA to my place Germiston, then the next morning took it to the dealership hyundai Boksburg. They not calling everytime I have to call or go to them for updates, mind you I only drove a car for 90days. Then I told them am not happy with their behavior and I don't trust them cos in November 2024 they promised that nothing wrong with the car. Now the car has to spend more than 3weeks in the dealership without telling what was the problem and what the way forward from there. I then told them I don't want the car anymore as I don't trust hyundai anymore, I advised them to pay off the bank and sell the car. They told me that I have to pay the bank a shortfall of R85000,00. And the car was R269000.00 now the settlement with the bank is R234500,00. Am feeling like this people like to treat their customers like this. How can I pay so much shortfall and the car doesn't have any scratches and nothing damaged, is still the same way I took it from them. South African I need your help on this situation, what can I do. This is a very very poor customer service ever. I need the balance to be paid of with the bank and close off the account, because the issue of the car is not my fault and is beyond my control..Am not happy with hyundai South Africa anymore. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
My son application was declined by NSFAS , the reason is my income is greater than R350 000,00 which is not true. The supporting documents was attached to them which is my 3months bank statement and payslip. As per ITA34 from SARS it's confirmed that my income is below threshold. Am so disappointed because my son did extremely well in Grade 12 so that he can study Charted Accounted. I managed to register him at University of Johannesburg and now he is confused on how is he going to further his studies because I can not afford. Am currently earning below R11000.00 a month with no other extra income, as stated on my ITA34. NSFAS I need answers on how are you assessing our documents to the situation were a poor student application can be declined with that false information. I need your help am pleading for my son appeal to be accepted so that he can further his studies. At the current moment he is thinking of committing suicide or just walk away because of this situation. Am pleading NSFAS I can not afford to pay his studies including accommodation and he did extremely well on Matric 2024, that's the reason he qualified to register Bcom Accounting. NSFAS am pleading to you to fund my son not because am special, I can not afford and I don't want him to fall into a negative behavior. It's hurt ro see him crying every day and saying I'll rather kill myself because of my parent poverty. Am working in a private sector earning less than R11000,00 a month. NSFAS please help me to fund my son studies. Am pleading am begging you please. This is a very bad situation that am currently facing, NSFAS please assist by treating all application with care and equal.
One of consultants call me yesterday he spoke lot of things in once then I dropped his call. He calls again 5times I did not answer. Then this morning I received an email with sms confirming I joined some policy with then sms is for Debi check. I want to know who gave them authority with my banking details, who accepted their product and budged insurance also involve this is a ***** and daily roberry. I need everything to be canceled with them and their clients Budget I don't deal with ***** people who didn't even comply with POPI act, as per sec 13 n 14 of POPPI Act what they did it's *****. I need all my details to be canceled with this company and their client Budget. If this has not been done in the next two hours I will take the matter up and sue both companies. Please listen to the call recording with your consultant, because I didn't agree with him but dropped the call. I need a feedback now.
Good day, I need assistance, in February this year, I app**** for loan term review and rate reviews due to my financial crises as am currently struggling financially. My bond was in advance with an amount R100 000,00 from 2020 for now is below R50 000,00. FNB declined my offers loan term review and rate review and bond is more than seven years. I tried to explain and provide proofs confirmed am currently unable to pay the monthly installment due to financial situation. My salary is less than before, that's the reason am pleading for rate reviews or loan term review. And in the next coming few months I'll be behind with the installments and the same FNB who refused to assist me they will repossessed my property. For the fact that they refused to assist me, as South African we are in trouble we are facing difficulties with the banks. However, the time we doing the application they were willing to assist. I spoke to two or three consultants which all they declined my proposal/offer. I don't know what to do because I can't afford the current installment.
I have been using FNB cheque account for more than 9years, for that nine years if I don't have enough funds I was able to swipe even my debit order was deducted without any charges. On the 21 of this month two debit orders went off for an amount of R520.00 both and I was charged R315. 00 and on the 24th my card was overdrawn I swiped an amount of R400. 00 and I was charged R180.00. So for both debit order and purchased cost R920.00 and I was charged R500.00. This is impossible since when. If FNB changed their services without my concern that's not my fault. I used to use my card with overdrawn and I have never been penalised. I need my money back to my account as soon as possible this is a ***** and I can not accept it.if not ill take the matter up, I need my money. I spoke to 7 agent since Saturday all of them terminated my calls with no reasons. This morning around 09:42 I spoke to another agent she placed me on hold for about 20 minutes then she hung up the call. With due respect I need my money back to my account and your customer service team are not helpful.
The guy from Germiston South Sheriffs came to my house to remove the assets, they found my brother and he refused them to get inside the house without my Present. He told them to call me to get permission from me, however they couldn't get hold of me. And my brother knows nothing about the removal of the assets. They harassed him to open the door he refused they threatened him to arrest him, then they force and broke by burglar and the door to get in. They starting shouting at my brother and remove the assets even the once that was not on list on my upsent without my permission in my house. They stole some of my staff now when I called them they said they did not took them they only took the once on the list. How possible because they are the one removing my furniture without monitoring, they took my cell phone that was on one of the table and TV box, Now they said they never took them. Germiston South Sheriffs are *****ing in our house that's the reason they are forcing themselves to our houses without our permission or concerns. My brother he is still new in the area but he was harresed like he is aware of what is happening and he knows nothing as he told them let's wait for the owner to come back so that everything can be done on her present they refused they forced themselves and mind you from June 2023 I submitted affidavits and all the supporting documents to stop the excusion and I called them to confirm if they received my affidavits and the documents, they said yes. During my submission everything was confirmed by Eleanor and Thabo Mokoena I also sent the Memorandum from one of the Advocate at Probono and I told them am still waiting for a report from Probono that was on the 12 October 2023. So how come Germiston Sheriffs proceed with excusion while they received all the supporting documents to stop it. This seems to be an honest deal. The matter is between myself and body corporate and on our body corporate bank statement there is an Amount of R2500.00 that was transferred to one of the Sheriff's account without an invoice. And why the payment before removal of the assets because in June R600 was paid to the sheriffs to enforce ilegal order. So the amount of R2500.00 seems to be a suspicious to even the body corporate they no nothing about the money that was paid to the Sheriff's except R600.00. This is also suspicious to me how come the Sheriff's forced to break my house to force the excusion while the documents were submitted to them and they acknowledged them. Germiston Sheriff's are *****ing and enforcing the Law *******ly. Am not happy about what they have done in my house and I want the ****** items to be returned and fix my burglar and my door. We are dealing with ******* in South African. The guys who was in my house to perform ******* law enforcement was Thabo and Mr Kruger with they guys from the street . I need my ****** items back and am not happy on what they have done in my house without my Present or permission.
Had a complain with Auto Care Clinic in Germiston which the refused to fix my car that was collected to the on the 14th December 2022 then on the 28th the same problems occurred, then I took the car back to the workshop, and the engine was taken to the engineering so the main problem was on the engine, however Germiston AUTO Care Clinic refused to fix my car, the I escalated the matter to MIOSA and the order was not on my favour. Germiston Autocare Clinic and MIOSA I fall under one umbrella so I was not surprised when the order was not on my favour. Then I escalate the matter to the NCC seeking for assist because in February after MIOSA ruling I approached Germiston Autocare Clinic to get my car back they refused with my car, they said I must pay R9442.09 to collect my car, they said its for penalty for reporting them to MIOSA and I should pay that amount and take my car with engine down or stripped. I told them I have never authorised anything with them. Then they refused with my car since January 2023 and the car still under finance. Then I escalated the matter to the NCC with all the supporting documents. However I wanted for more than 90days without any actions. Then I followed up with them, then I recieved an email stated as followed: Please note the consumer inquiry and advise if the letter of non referral was issued to the customer. So in this case I don't know what to do and we're can I get assistance. In south African if you don't have money you won't get help instead they pushed you to suffer. From February till due Germiston Autocare Clinic demanding an amount of R60 000, for lien. And in December I paid R18560.00 to fix the engine which was not last for more than 7days. South Africa government are failing poor people especially the black people. So main concern is why my matter was rejected under with reasons and why MIOSA and Thencc and undermining my rights.
