non payment

this medical aid is unreliable fantasy option ive been diagnosed with tumor whereby I have more than ten years paying medical aid but it cannot complete my procedure even now im still owing Dr's due to non payment the procedure begun and now they must install implants still waiting for the payment I've been trying to get hold of them without success some of the invoices ive been paid them with cash promised to refund me even now im still waiting.
