I honestly don't understand how are well trained nurse call patients by their conditions

We were called "lama para saucide"by so called nurse Millicent Mila Ntuli throwing sponges to us as patients to sleep on the floor

How on earth do we start shaming patients with their conditions Is it because they attempted to take their lives that's why they are labeled and shoul be sleeping on the floor?
