I honestly don't understand how are well trained nurse call patients by their conditions We were called "lama para saucide"by so called nurse Millicent Mila Ntuli throwing sponges to us as patients to sleep on the floor How on earth do we start shaming patients with their conditions Is it because they attempted to take their lives that's why they are labeled and shoul be sleeping on the floor? Worst experience ever

WORST HOSPITAL EVER
My husband went to this hospital for a hip replacement and because of this hospitals negligence my husband got septicemia from the hospital and he passed away worst hospital ever i would not recommend for anyone to go there... No one can even give us answers he lost his speach and eye sight he was in the hospital since the 23rd of December and he passed on the 29th of January!!!!!!

WORST HOSPITAL EVER

Unprofessional service from the hospital
My wife went to the hospital last week Wednesday. Blood samples were taken and she was advised she should return Monday the 10 November. I took her there yesterday where she spent the whole day only to be told there’s a certain medication which is not available and she should return today for it. Guess what, she spent another full day there only to be told that the medication is still not there. Now the question is why take down my details including my number when opening a file if you not going to use the it. Why advise me to rerun on a specific day if you are not certain that medication will be available on that specified day. I tried reaching out to the complaints office with no luck. This is bull****. Yes we are sick and need assistance but it does not mean that we’ll take every bull**** thrown at us. I want this resolved asap

Unprofessional service from the hospital

Poor treatment at Thelle Mogoerane Hospital
I would like to bring to your attention the poor treatment and I received at Thelle on 16 October 2025 we arrived around 4p.m at the emergency room after being transferred to another area where patients wait for doctors we noticed that some intern doctors were busy chatting sitting on table and using their phones instead of attending to patients My uncle was in a very bad condition and had to sit in a wheelchair from 17h00 until 03h30 AM almost seven hours without a bed or proper assistance During this time i spoke to a lady wearing pink scrubs a short wig with a hairband light in complexion whose attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful when i ask if my uncle could get a bed she responded by asking me where she should get one and suggested that i should take him to the another hospital or get medical aid next time she also said that patients in that department are not supposed to sleep while waiting for an ambulance but could not give a clear time for when it would arrive I even offered to bring my own mattress so my uncle could rest but she refused the condition of the department was also dirty and smelly which made situation worse How ever I would like to thank the Matron (Stephanie) Mr Morupe (if im not mistaken about surname) and security team for their kindness and professionalism they helped ensure that my uncle eventually received a bed and proper care To the lady with the bad attitude i want to remind you that nursing is a calling it should be done with love and compassion not just for money every patient deserves dignity and respect regardless of their background status I hope this matter will be taken seriously so that no other family has to go through the same painful experience Thank you

Finally make it into the consultation area 8 hours later. Next in line to see the doctor. Only for him to look at his watch, see that it's almost 4 o clock and he is now done for the day. Not even 4 yet. Get told to come back next week and sit in the line again. Ask them to atleast give me a letter to show the work I was at the hospital. They refuse to give any form of evidence of being there. Understanding that there are alot of patients at Orthopedics, but also the whole while being there seeing the doctor waste time having laughs and unnecessary conversations with the young woman who are accompanying some patients. All while the patients who are in desperate need of assistance are sitting there for hours only to be told you have to come back the next week. And then you don't even get prioritized as patients who were next in line but shown away. Oh no, you start from scratch having to sit in line and hope this time you get seen in time. Had so many patients complain about the service and all they say is if you have a problem go fill in a complaint. There just seem to be no proper medical ethics with some of the doctors of today. Want the profession of helping people but treat their jobs like it's the biggest effort in the world.

Unprofessional conduct of nursing staff
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of some of the nursing staff on duty in Ward 18 (Gynaecology) during my current admission. On 21/09/2025 at 20:30, I requested assistance with my drip and other medical needs. Despite repeatedly asking for help for almost three hours, no assistance was provided. Instead, the nurses on duty were sitting and talking amongst themselves. An assistant nurse attempted to assist me but eventually left, advising me to wait for the nurse. I later overheard a conversation where the assistant asked the professional nurse to attend to me, yet the nurse continued to delay and only came at her own convenience. This neglect left me in distress and discomfort, and I felt disregarded as a patient. Such conduct is a disgrace to the ethics and standards expected from healthcare professionals. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated urgently and that appropriate action be taken to address the behaviour of the staff involved. Patients should be treated with dignity, compassion, and prompt care, which I unfortunately did not receive
