Terrible service delivery.

This hospital does even deserve 1 Star, I don't understand why with so many terrible reviews, nothing is being done to improve service delivery at this institution! Why are tax payers money continually being used to keep this useless institution running, why is the department or management of the hospital or whoever is responsible not stepping up to assist in improving service delivery? Or is it that because it's a government hospital, and patients are not physically paying for service, they just got to suck it up and deal with it? This is our South Africa - " Proudly south African" is a phrase I and many people cannot say.
