Phone yam is a **** you cant claim for lost or broken fone yet u pay for insurance then what the point of insurance if you can claim to have a peaceful mind just don't go for efone yam pls
If you go to vosloorus hospital just beware of the lady or girl with **** hair she does mistakes left right and centre you will regret being helped by her she doesn't care about her job or work just go to the madala with the dreadlocks or the guy called sibusiso the rest *********** and don't care attitude worse service ever
Close down the hospital it's useless ppl just do as they please

Poor service I have been waiting for feedback for the past 2 weeks going to 3 now possible a month cos hey they don't care about they customers yet Vodacom keeps them under wraps in regards to my TV purchase I ordered a TV online with Vodacom the voucher was invalid I submitted everything and yet my wall has no TV for 2 weeks now been phoning and the poor lady keep saying "we have escalated the matter to the relevant department" as if I know those ppl for 2 weeks since the 4th of September been escalated hai suka Vodacom and Samsung promotion team your service sucks big time nxaaa sies
Don't ever buy anything online with Vodacom you will wait till tot Piet kom I have sent relevant photos and till now no feed back nothing clearly whatever you buy to them it don't matter all they did is send me a statement showing that wat I ordered was not charged for this month or whatever as if it makes me feel better I did an upgrade all I need is the things that I ordered to be with me that's all not statements Vodacom you are like anc don't care attitude is what gonna kill Ur good image
I upgraded my contract with Vodacom i got my router delivered with a voucher saying I need to redeem this voucher in order to get my TV I called Vodacom the consultants tell me she can't do anything about the voucher being invalid but how then should I pay for something that I don't have this sucks
Bad services called in at the sales department on Friday regarding a delivery only to find out it was wrongly captured the guy promised me it would be changed and he will send an email to Ram couriers for a re delivery due to wrong address captured and send me the proof nothing was done till today no email mind you the TV and router were ordered last week on the 5th of August no call no respect for customer services just working due to pay check on month end whatever happens after that Vodacom sales don't care even Ram themselves waited for Vodacom ppl to call but niks working like our ppl in the government no care just money minded so disappointed ☹️
Poor service and feedback once they have your name and all that's it whether your problems are escalating they don't give a damn about you I have been following up with application with a certain consultant I won't say name but that guy is **** till today I haven't received my cancellation letter they guy is always on lunch even at 8 in the morning no help..... debt busters is not helping anyone it's just a front to put you into debt
Till today the we buy cars sales department is still doing a follow up on my car papers since last year July webuycars sucks if you want a early death buy a car from webuycars no care abouth there customer no care of anything after purchasing a car well good luck to you is what they say but to all South Africans don't trust webuycars there are ****mers to the core
