Thiko Events Refund Saga

They postponed an event that was to happen in Oct to Nov in Cape Town, however i could not make it and i wrote them an email & they promised i will get my refund after the event, which was false because they said after i will get my refund after 30 days & that was in Dec. N0w when i mention anything refunds on any of their communication platforms they dont answer even if they were swiftly engaging with you.
