WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought tickets for day1 event which was suppose to be on the 11th of April, today i got a call from them telling me that Day 1 event has been canceled and they will both events on Sunday the 12th which was supposed to be day 2 event. she advised me that the reason they cancel it its because they didn't get the numbers for day 1. she also advised that the artists for day 1 will join the day 2 event. to my surprise when i check their Facebook page about 5 Artist for day 1 are no longer on the line up and i was looking forward to them, which is the reason why i bought day 1 tickets instead of day 2. now they are sending me pilar to post about my refund, after all its their fault not mind. the staff is rude as well they don't respond on emails.
