ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATION DELAYS NEED IMPROVING
I previously loved Think Digital because the system worked well for my children and it was affordable, which makes this even more disappointing. This is unfortunately not the first time there have been delays with the accounts departments... but this recent experience has really pushed things too far. I had an outstanding amount on my daughter’s account, which I settled yesterday, and I sent proof of payment immediately. Before that, I had already waited a full week just to get a response and receive a payment link. A week is really not reasonable. I do understand that staff such may be handling many accounts, but that does not make it acceptable. After payment has been made and proof has been sent, an account should not still be blocked. By the time I post this, I really hope the account will be unblocked - but the process has honestly made me think twice about continuing with Think Digital. I successfully enrolled one of my daughters yesterday, but my middle daughter’s account is still blocked, and I am now at the point of considering requesting a refund for the one and rather moving them both elsewhere. This is not how school accounts should be managed, and communication and turnaround times urgently need improvement.

Class of 2025 - BEST ONLINE SCHOOL
Think Digital Academy: CLASS OF 2025 I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to you. My son achieved outstanding results in his 2025 matric examinations, passing with three distinctions! This is all thanks to your focused programme and classes, excellent guidance, and dedicated teachers. This came after the public education system failed him and labelled him as “slow,” saying that he would never pass school. He was diagnosed in Grade 2 with ADHD and dyslexia. There is simply not enough time or space in the public education system for a neurodiverse child. Think Digital helped my child regain his self-confidence. As a result, he became motivated to work harder and achieved great success. Once again, thank you very much. Without you, the outcome would not have been the same. You are outstanding.

Think Digital for the WIN!!!
We changed to homeschooling when Covid hit and we went into lockdown. Both my kids were at one of the top private schools in the country, but due to both our business commitments overseas, as well as not finding value for the private school fees with their new adjusted virtual teaching, we moved to homeschooling. Very new at it, and went with seemingly the best option. Unfortunately that experience wasn't the greatest. We moved over to Think Digital Academy at the beginning of 2024, my daughter in her grade 11 year, and my son in Grade 2. I can't even begin to explain how much Think Digital Academy in an innumerable amount of ways, assisted us. Not only are they constantly starting new initiatives within their schooling environment to help their students excel, but also the support we have had has been incredible. Both myself and my daughter faced HUGE health battles last year, but we were supported incredibly by the staff at Think Digital in every single way possible. This year, with my daughter being in Matric, they once again introduced new "programmes" which helped to give the kids a better understanding of the work. Think Digital and the staff there are incredible. Always helpful, extremely responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the homeschooling journey an easier one. My daughter just wrote her last Matric paper, under the CAPS curriculum, and was so well prepared with her documents, and requirements because Think Digital consistently sent out emails with all the pertinent information, so the administrative aspect was not at all a worry. We could concentrate on studying because we didn't have to worry about the admin related to writing at a centre. My son has moved to Cambridge this year, with Think Digital, and the staff on that side are also exceptional. They go out of their way, and even deal with my million and one calls with grace and kindness. I would recommend Think Digital Academy to absolutely everyone who is considering changing homeschool providers, or even starting their homeschool journey. Proud Think Digital parent over here.

Worst Online School
Worst ever 8:30 at night you get mails stating problems wit their Avigalator app. They are lying grade 1-9 and grade 10 they keep on failing children to make money useless lit of idiots. Never in the wrong you as a parent is mistaken 😭 don't join Think. THINK TWICE

Access Blocked to Matric Portal Despite Payment Arrangement
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent restriction placed on my child's access to the Think Digital portal for matric studies. I understand that this action was taken due to outstanding fees; however, I would like to highlight that a payment arrangement was agreed upon for settlement by the end of November. Given the importance of uninterrupted access during this critical academic period, I remain committed to fulfilling the financial obligation. I believe it is the institution’s responsibility to ensure that students who have made payment arrangements are not denied access to essential learning resources. My child should be given a fair opportunity to succeed.

Best homeschool option
Think digital academy has been the best decision for me and my 3 children my daughter has done her whole highschool career with think digital and my twins have started highschool. Think digital team are very helpful very accommodating and I have not had a issue they haven't helped me to resolve or assisted with. No matter what the issue was I have never felt like I wasn't assisted.

Think digital academy has been the best decision for me and my 3 children my daughter has done her whole highschool career with think digital and my twins have started highschool. Think digital team are very helpful very accommodating and I have not had a issue they haven't helped me to resolve or assisted with. No matter what the issue was I have never felt like I wasn't assisted.
