Access Blocked to Matric Portal Despite Payment Arrangement

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent restriction placed on my child's access to the Think Digital portal for matric studies. I understand that this action was taken due to outstanding fees; however, I would like to highlight that a payment arrangement was agreed upon for settlement by the end of November.

Given the importance of uninterrupted access during this critical academic period, I remain committed to fulfilling the financial obligation. I believe it is the institution’s responsibility to ensure that students who have made payment arrangements are not denied access to essential learning resources. My child should be given a fair opportunity to succeed.
