Dissapointed customer
In November 2024, I purchased Thirsty products at North City Newcastle and was automatically entered into a competition. I was later informed that I had won and would be receiving goods as my prize. It is now September 2025, and unfortunately, I have still not received the goods. As a loyal customer who truly enjoys Thirsty products, this has been very disappointing. I entered the competition in good faith and was excited to have won, but the lack of delivery and communication has left me questioning how Thirsty values its customers. I kindly request clarity on this matter and for the promised prize to be honoured.

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned About THIRSTI Flavoured Water
I recently purchased a bottle of THIRSTI flavored water, and after taking just two sips, I experienced an intense burning sensation on my lips. I had to throw the bottle away because of how uncomfortable it was. The next morning, I woke up to find my lips had turned a darker shade of purple and were irritated. It's now the third day, and the irritation hasn't gone away. I am extremely concerned, as I've never had such a reaction to any beverage before. I expected better from a reputable brand like THIRSTI. I urge the company to look into this matter seriously and ensure their products are safe for consumption. This experience has left me both disappointed and worried about their quality control. Consumers should be aware, and I hope THIRSTI addresses this issue urgently.

Tap water taste better than thirsti Sparkling salty water
I am do disappointed Thirsti Sparkling water This water taste horrible it does not have fizz,leaves your mouth with a salty after taste. Did send numerous email,even called them no feedback received

Shocking customer service
I am totally shocked at the lack of response and assistance from Melishia at Thirsti. Total disregard for a complaint that the Sparkling water I bought was Still water, still waiting over 48 hours for a response.

Worst tasting water ever
This is my first time buying this water. This water tastes so bad. It made me feel sick. I cant describe the taste but its vile. Like someone said before, tap water tastes better than this.

Will never buy this product again
In my life I have never drank water that tastes this horrible, I’m just wondering what exactly is in this water. Stopped drinking and threw bottle away for the sake of my health.

Disgusting water from Thirsti
Good day About a month ago, I bought 6 packs of Thirsti still water, consisting of 6 500 ml bottles in each pack from Makro Centurion. To our disgust, the water had a vile sandy, stony taste and had small stone particles in the water. Every pack of water had the same dirty taste. It is horrifying to know that such poor quality water is being sold, and I shudder to think about the potential health consequences of drinking such water. Where are the quality checks being done at these factories? After reading other reviews on Hellopeter, I realised that many other people had similar experiences. Clearly, nothing has been done to address these serious complaints which says alot about the company.
