I am a regular customer and place orders almost daily, however the level of service has been extremely disappointing. On several occasions, including orders #4005028914 and #4005003837, I have not received all the items I paid for. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. In addition, the packing of orders has been unacceptable. The bags are often packed far too full, to the point that they are tearing by the time they arrive. My groceries have fallen out, and the delivery driver has struggled to carry the order safely. This not only risks damage to my goods but also reflects poorly on the overall service standards. As a loyal customer, I expect better care in order fulfillment, accurate packing, and a more reliable delivery experience. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed urgently to prevent further occurrence
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Discovery Bank regarding my UI12.8 form. I submitted my form last week Tuesday to be signed and stamped. I was told it would be processed within 24–48 hours. After following up multiple times, I was assured on Friday that the request had been escalated to the Admin team and that I would receive the completed document by the end of the day. It is now Monday, and I still have not received anything.
In November 2024, I purchased Thirsty products at North City Newcastle and was automatically entered into a competition. I was later informed that I had won and would be receiving goods as my prize. It is now September 2025, and unfortunately, I have still not received the goods. As a loyal customer who truly enjoys Thirsty products, this has been very disappointing. I entered the competition in good faith and was excited to have won, but the lack of delivery and communication has left me questioning how Thirsty values its customers. I kindly request clarity on this matter and for the promised prize to be honoured.
Dear HelloPeter Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Old Mutual regarding the withdrawal of my retirement annuity. I submitted my application to withdraw my retirement annuity on 2 July 2025, and I was informed that the process would take 15 to 21 working days. However, 21 days have come and gone, and I have still not received my funds. I followed up with a call to their call centre, only to be told that the process would only start in August – almost a full month after I app****. This is unacceptable. What has made this worse is the poor communication between the call centre and the offices. No one seems to know what’s going on. The staff are unprofessional, lack urgency, and show no empathy for the fact that this is someone’s retirement money. I feel completely dismissed. I am desperate for my money – it feels like I am being made to beg for what is rightfully mine. It’s heartbreaking and dehumanizing. Are they waiting for me to die before I can get what I worked for? At this point, I would not recommend Old Mutual to anyone. Their service is disappointing and distressing, especially at a time when financial stability is crucial. I demand urgent attention to my case.
I was helped by Dinette who's handling of my issue was outstanding , i admire her empathy and active listening skills , she remained calm empathetic and provided a clear resolution , i would refer her to anyone.
Steers Shell Drive Thru Newcastle is the absolute worse on 3 occasions i have bought at that branch and their burgers were ice cold as if they came directly out of a fridge , I would not recommend anyone to buy from that branch its disappointing.
