Thobela Attorneys Pathetic Service

I have a case since 2007 with Thobela Attorneys which is based in Nelspruit offices. It was concerning myself, at 13 years of age being stabbed in the chest by another pupil in class at my Secunda High School. 14 Years have passed, of which not much has happened.

The attorney firm in question never communicates, when they do on occasion communicate they themselves do not know what is happening. Their emails are of poor English and in all this time they have just been requesting me to go to many Dr's appointment etc stating that themselves and the stat requires this. Every year it is the same story.

When i poushed them this year, they actually gave me a court date for the 8th of October 2021 - 2 weeks before they say i need go go see an Industrial Counselor. I mean 13 years .... And they have nothing to show
