Nixon Industries deals with installations of Invertors and solar panels. They are based in Pretoria. However their service and attitude is pathetic. They never keep to times, they installed the invertor system incorrectly and refused to come back out and correct their mess. They also have not issued a COC certificate for their work. I had to end up calling another installer who managed to fix all this up with pleasure. We used a Luxpower system - will Definitely be letting Luxpower know so that they can stop Nixon Industries from being a Vendor for them. My attorney will also be getting involved.
I have a case since 2007 with Thobela Attorneys which is based in Nelspruit offices. It was concerning myself, at 13 years of age being stabbed in the chest by another pupil in class at my Secunda High School. 14 Years have passed, of which not much has happened. The attorney firm in question never communicates, when they do on occasion communicate they themselves do not know what is happening. Their emails are of poor English and in all this time they have just been requesting me to go to many Dr's appointment etc stating that themselves and the stat requires this. Every year it is the same story. When i poushed them this year, they actually gave me a court date for the 8th of October 2021 - 2 weeks before they say i need go go see an Industrial Counselor. I mean 13 years .... And they have nothing to show
I am at Bedfordview completing my IT Degree part time. Not all but some lecturers are lazy. Support is non existent, and there is always issues. They have an online portal which they insist we use to find timetables as well as communicate with them as they hate it when we drop them emails. But one can never find things on the portal, and nobody ever replies to messages. I have taken legal action 4 years ago and got the Organisation to refund me and my whole class one years fees. But still, they have not learnt their lesson it seems. Maybe it is time i close this place down ??? I feel like throwing away years of studying and just going to another institution and starting my Bsc Degree from scratch once again.
This dealership specifically but as well as all Mercedes dealership I have dealt with just do not know how to do business. Booked my car in last week for a few checks. The night before I got a error messages stating that lane keeping assist is inactive, which is one of the many safety features of vehicles today. So upon my arrival in the morning when telling the service advisor. They bluntly refused to add anything else to the job card, like really ? So what is the point of owning a Mercedes Benz product if they can't even provide the proper support for that product ? Not happy at all. I was told only if it's safety critical can they add it, again maybe they do not know what is 'safety'. I never ever have this problem with BMW and all my BMW cars. I think Mercedes Benz can learn a thing or 2 from them.
Caltex in the Springs (Selcourt) Area, staff very pleasant but the filling station in today's modern age could use more card machines. There is 1 card machine that all attendants rotate which causes a huge 5-10 minute delay at times.
I have a 2014 C220 Bluetech which has full motorplan. Took the car in for service last week as it was due, and i want to use it for the long weekend to Durban so i asked if they could do a full check and make sure everything is fine. Only to be told, that when a car is booked for service the checking of everything else as well as brakes is seperate and must be booked again. Very stupid, so if someting happens to the car or a fluid level is low while i am travelling i will hold them responsible. 2nd issue, electric module for drivers side electric seat seats had to be replaced as it keeps blowing the fuse. I get a call saying i have to cover the cost as its not covered. Surely this defeats the purpose of having a full on MotorPlan ? i have also on the other hand dealts with Bmw for my other cars for the past 10 years and have had not a single problem with their service. Think its time mercedes benz learned a thing or two.
<p>CTi Education group really needs to pull up their socks. They charge ridiculous ammounts for students studies but the service delivery is below poor. Books are always late, Lecturers are incompetent and cannot even speak English properly and no staff members seem to know how to do their jobs properly. </p> <p> </p> <p>There has been several times where CTI was supposed to refind me certain ammounts of money but they take their time (several months) to do so. But when a student owes them even a bit of money they are very quick to phone and bother almost every day and then wanting to proceed in handing the student over to court, not realising how much of trouble they could get into if I had to retaliate with Legal action myslf against them for poor service deliver as well as failure to use competent lecturers for the respective modules to be thought...And they still wonder why their pass rate is so ridiculous, shame.</p>
