CTI representative came led us on told us that you pay R400 monthly for 24 months then you can go to any destination with your family, they gave us cellphones for free only to find out later that you pay for the discount eg if it costs R19000 you are discounted R2500,so I decided to cancel because it is not the way it was explained, now they are telling me that my cancelation needs R990 to be finalized.

In 2012 I completed a Btech diploma in business. In this year I phoned and enquired as to the NQF level of the diploma. To my shock they told me it's a foreign qualification and that I need to apply and pay SAQA R1800 to have the qualification evaluated to see if it means anything in South Africa. Why should I pay to have a qualification that I paid them for be evaluated and why would I enroll for a qualification that means nothing in the country that I'm living in. I can't apply for govt jobs as I don't have a registered qualification with SAQA. I'm in the process of evaluating the qualification and if they can't give me any certification I'm suing the **** out of them and opening a criminal case of fraud against them. At no point was it ever communicated to us that the qualification wasn't registered in South Africa.

In 2007 I was sold a Kirby Vacuum by Easy Care Promotion and realised before the order was delivered that I would be on maternity leave by the time my first payment was due as my baby was due in November 2007 .I advised Easy Care Promotions that this was the case and they advised that because it was Friday in August that they delivered their offices was closed and they would leave the vacuum at then my mom's house and collect on Monday, they never collected and I called them numerous times and they just insisted that they would collect, I delivered early in September 2007 and was hospitalized for a month , and had alot of complications with my baby who is now 13, In 2008 I lost my job and decided to take care of my premature baby, I kept getting calls from CTI Financiers and the more I explained what's happened the more they insisted that I should pay which I could not add 50k was a huge amount for an unemployed person . In 2010 as I decided to job hunt again ,I was declined as I was blacklisted by CTI Financiers,I was working odd jobs till 2013 when it was removed and I could work in the financial field again, last month when I checked my credit report they had listed me again for non payment, where can I get help as this was a vacuum missold to me when I couldn't afford it

I will recommend Citation travel internationally to anyone as they are the crooks. I paid them so that they can make a booking for me. They promised to book a 5 star hotel. When I arrived to the hotel I was very disappointed. The hotel is a5 star it’s dirty inside the lifts are not working you are scared when you are inside as a result I didn’t sleep at the hotel and I told them. They promised to refund me up until now I have not yet recieved my money and that was in May. When I sent them messages they not responding.

I'd once registered at CTI for Higher Certificate which I was supposed to take one module at a time. I studied for # months just before I lost my job and for that matter, I was unable to continue with my fees and now they had put judgment against my name saying I owe them R100k. Can someone please explain this.

Worst experience and institution I have ever been a part of. No one does their job, learning 11-12 year old software in a BSc IT course and are expected to install that 12 year old software in exams without a PC...even though the building has 200 PCs in it. No one takes any accountability, nothing changes, DO NOT GO HERE.
