I am very disappointed as this is the second time I've escalated my paydates with payflex and seems like they purposely changed it to 25th as opposed to the 27th so they can add late payment charges , this month I had to fork out an extra R500 just for late payments which could have been prevented if they didn't change my dates I am out of pocket and they still have not responded to emails
I have been with Afrihost since July 2024 and my service was great until I went on holiday in October 2025 , since then my speed dropped and they insisted that I reached my FUP even after upgrading my plan I've now requested to cancel due to the issue and they refuse to put me on a lower plan or refund me for the low speed I have and had .I wish that they could sort out my problem but every time I speak to them they make it difficult and speed drop then they escalate back to MTN FOR 3 MONTHS AND MTN EMAILS AND SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG AND I SPEAK TO THEM AGAIN AFTER THE FEEDBACK AND THEY TELL ME TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE IT WORSE AND THEN AFTER EVERYTHING its a sorry we escalating back to MTN ,I CAN'T CONNECT MY DEVICES THAT HOW BAD IT IS , YOU ARE THE WORST AFRIHOST
I am disgusted with Takealot policy which is 30 days return and manufacturing damage 6 months , twice I've encountered that the item/product is faulty or not fit for use and they first have to belittle me by saying it's my fault. Bought a refrigerator and discovered a dent same day and notified them was collected just for them to tell me it was used therefore I damaged it , however the delivery driver and assistant carried the fridge in my home and placed it in my kitchen was sealed .After admiring my new item acquired I noticed a small dent and asked if the warranty would apply as I received damaged item ,was told no and returned it .I had to raise a complaint to get my money back .Same thing in August bought a washing machine and special adjustable base for refrigerator and washing/trolley to move the washing machine when the washing machine was placed on it ,it broke .Upon the return I'm told it's customer damage when clearly it's not fit for purpose
I was very excited to buy Gloot summer body and thought let me buy a 3 month supply so as to ensure I get the body I want ....I am a fitness instructor and started cardio in my second month and still have not lost any weight I would not recommend to anyone
I have just received a threatening call from Diann Summerton of Moimooi to remove my review as I have a legal suit ,this lady seems to be using these tactics with alot of people who do not know their rights as she keeps using terms not befitting she seems to be a legal advisor as well as a manager, Diann Summerton people deserve to know the truth and as your service is not suitable people should be made aware of the ****s since I started the package as per your sales pitch I could not get a suitable date I've paid R699 for this service and no usage now I'm being threatened How low of you
I app**** for this service in February 2025 and was debited R699 on 27/02/25 when I tried to make a booking I could not get a suitable date and when I tried again last night it showed Woodstock Cape Town permanently closed but yet I am still being debited. I am waiting on the line and lines are so busy even reception is not available when I go onto Moimooi website or shows I have no products Please refund my money , cancel the service and stop debiting me
Vodacom has a hassle free easy delivery process ,however after sales suck after receiving my router on 03/03/25 which was meant to be 50 Mbps speed,( of which I had not received the speed )I have been trying to call since 12/03 due to issues could not connect to their aftersales number 0821945.I only received up to 4/5 mbps,. After calling them numerous times I could not connect as to cancel I needed the mobile number which is not even on the contract document. I managed to get through to customer service who did diagnosis and referred me to store ,after getting to the store,I was advised the device is not 4G but LTE hence the speed ,called Vodacom again,the automated system asks for mobile number and after being on 20 Min with automated service I was told they have 14 days cancellation policy but it will be escalated.They can see on their system I have slow speed as APN was to be updated but even after that the speed was still poor . Therefore I wanted to cancel as could not be used .I am told I need to wait another 7 days for outcome which would not guarantee cancellation .Their automated service 0821945 has been rigged to prevent you from cancelling / complaining. They want to trick you into a 3 year contract when what you signed up for, you note getting . Firstly I want a letter of apology and my charges refunded as I've been charged pro-rata and a full month and I cannot make use of 4/5 Mbps Secondly I want them to update their automated service to be able to speak to an agent instead of the call being dropped when you never recieved a mobile number from them as your service provider
On Sunday I went to the store to buy essentials Worst experience ever,I can't believe C***** actually made a cheese that can't melt . It doesn't even taste like cheese .You've ruined Mac and cheese for my family with C***** Berg processed cheese that doesn't melt , thought I was getting a bargain as I planned pizza as well was a ******* I should've added the extra money and bought a different brand . Why would C***** endorse such bad quality and slander it's name we grew up with ?.
I have been with Takealot since 2015 and ordered since 12/21 with no issues .I needed a fridge and browsed for the best option on Takealot, the fridge was to be delivered next day it arrived 3 days later and with an unnoticeable dent(I only noticed as I bend to wipe it and looked up ,so dissapointed).I wanted to keep it with assurance of the warranty but was advised to return .Did the same and they refused my return and refund stating as I used the fridge and may have been the one to damage it .I hope that your *********** staff be retrained as I returned the fridge the same day with proof of the dent and the delivery driver placed the fridge in my kitchen ,I ask you how and when could I have damaged the fridge
I registered for 500 hrs in Augustand had help from an account advisor , Jack Poussard. Initially I was offered 420 hrs and when I saw the business feature requested the 500 hrs. While making payment I noticed a double payment and asked Jack about it and he said on the call that it was right. When I was able to access the app ,I saw I was registered for both. I then emailed Jack Poussard who advised it wasn't his fault as he didn't register me but he sent me a link. He also advised he would cancel the 420 hrs I then had a double amount debited and went on the app and saw I was registered for both when I notified customer service they said they will cancel the 420 hrs.I was livid as I didn't get a refund and also wanted to cancel the 500 hrs and they said I was outside of cancellation policy. When I checked my app after a month . Both 500 and 420 hrs was cancelled and replaced with some other course and I'm being charged +-R7 for something u don't want and I'm still not refunded my deposit nor debit order
