Bought a new car
Bought a new car on the 27th May on my arrival same day I noticed that the hand brake is not working and the car seat is not adjustable. I reported that immediately and the only thing they could assist me with is to repair the car. I told them that I do not want that old car I want a new car I signed a contract for.

Advise
I bought a new car on the 27th May 2020 in east London vw and same day in the afternoon I noticed that the car seat is not adjustable and the handbrake is fault and reported that immediately. The only assistance they gave me is to take the car for repairs and they told me that they cannot replace it and give me a new car I signed a contract for. I am very much disappointed up until now the car is still with vw fir repaires and I do not have a car now but am expected to pay installments at the end of the month. Kindly advise on the matter

Booking
I will recommend Citation travel internationally to anyone as they are the crooks. I paid them so that they can make a booking for me. They promised to book a 5 star hotel. When I arrived to the hotel I was very disappointed. The hotel is a5 star it’s dirty inside the lifts are not working you are scared when you are inside as a result I didn’t sleep at the hotel and I told them. They promised to refund me up until now I have not yet recieved my money and that was in May. When I sent them messages they not responding.
