I recently had the pleasure of receiving one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered, thanks to a lady named Shireen from Vodacom. I had been struggling to link my account to the Vodapay app for a while, so I reached out to Vodacom's customer care for assistance. Shireen went above and beyond in helping me resolve the issue. During the call, I was unable to receive OTPs on my phone, and while I didn’t have another phone with me at the time, Shireen suggested I use one. She patiently waited for me to get home, even reaching out to me proactively to ensure I got the correct number from my other phone. She stayed in constant communication with me and did everything in her power to make sure I was fully registered and able to use my Vodapay app. This level of care, commitment, and attention to detail is truly rare, and I have to say that this experience was one of the best customer service moments I've ever had with any company. Shireen’s dedication deserves recognition, and I believe she is a real asset to Vodacom. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service – it’s not every day you come across customer care this exceptional!
I have booked a Polo Sedan, which cost me over 13K, the date to collect was on a Holiday and the branch was closed. I arranged to collect the same Friday and when I went there, the guys at Avis said there is no such reservation. I got frustrated and tried to tie up with a consultant from Flexclub and as soon as I mentioned that I am at the branch, He/she stopped replying yo my whatsapp messages...his name is Lexi. At least thats what he told me. I left the branch and contacted Flexclub for a refund and now i am waiting and waiting...nothing is happening and I doubt that Im ever gonna get my moneh back. This whole thing is a ****, but my last resort is to contac X-repo to sort this whole thing out, and I will do so. Please dont use this service, it is a ****.
I bought a Ford focus 1.0 ecoboost in 2020. That car never gave me peace. It was always in for repairs and had a lot of issues. I tried returning the car and they refused to take it knowing that the car was faulty and they just had tk get rid of it. Now i have contacted the bank to take the car back, they told me they were not surprised since i bought the car from Koos n Mike. They say their cars had been in accidents and they will never tell you that. Now i am facing a debt for the car i dont even have anymore :(
Waiters very helpful. Even those not assigned to your table will ask if everything is still ok and offer to assist. The view is awesome. Food very tasty. This place will finish my money :)
Hi, I had apersonal loan with ABSA, which I settled in September. 3 days later I requested a settlement letter and they told me I owe about R217.00, that was less than a week before my debit order was due. I waited for my debit order to go through, which should be more than enough to ver the lousy R200.00 - The debit order was for R785.00.I then contacted ABSa for account closure, but whenever we get to that statement the line cuts from their side. In October, they debited R553.00 from my account and i tried and tried to get hold of them without any luck. Today i requested the settlement when i finaly got hold of the and the amount is R842.56..which seems to me that the amount is going up yet i have paid them up. Please anyone help close this damn account.
After signing an offer to purchase, the agent went silent on me for about 2 weeks. When I call to ask what is happening, he said everything is going well he's just waiting for Bond Managers.....more silence...after another 2 weeks I contacted him and he said he needs another copy of my ID because the previous one was not clear - I asked why didn't he contact me for that and only wait for me to say something. He said he was busy. Another 2 more weeks, I saw the house listed as "Sold". That was my dream house I just lost because someone chose not to do their job. This happened in Sasolburg Amelia. The house was listed, and still is, on property24. The agents name is Simon. This made me realize that Leapfrog is just froggy... they do nothing right and don't care about their clients.
Hi, I took my car to Ford in February for repairs, the service adviser (Charlotte) used my service book to claim for the warranty. The car was fixed and I fetched the car on the 11th. Yesterday, 17th of march, I took my car in for service only to find out that my service book is missing. I never touched my service book ever since and the only explanation of why it is missing is because it was never put back in my car. I asked the consultants to look for it but they kept saying they will get back to me. I contacted them over and over again with yet they showed no interest in the matter. So my car was still at Park Ford at the time awaiting service since 7H00AM. At around 15:00, the agreed time that I was supposed to fetch my car, I contacted the service Adviser and she told me she will ask for the quotation. Around 15:12 she contacted me back only to give me the quotation which had many items that needed to be serviced and she insisted that they will do it fast. I refused and went to fetch my car. I arrived at Park Ford around 15:25 and to my surprise, the car was clean, inside and out. I was shocked that how come the washed my car before they service it? Were they even gonna service my car or were they just waiting for my to give them a go ahead so they can print a piece of paper claiming that my car was serviced? I mean you cannot was a car in just under 15 minutes and get it readily parked. I am very very disappointed at Ford, and I think this is the reason why I was experiencing problems with my car before. It was never being serviced properly. This whole experience makes me want to sell the car and stay far far away from Ford. Right now all I need is my service book and nothing else.
I had a cell c account and I closed it in December 2021 after paying the outstanding amount, in January the account was still open and they told me to pay a further 390.00 because the time I closed the account the statement was already generated. I paid the amount...and after a struggle I got a confirmation that the account is closed. Today I received another statement stating that I owe cellc 2800.00 so please help me anyone. I don't want anything to do with cell c anymore. How can I get them to get the hell our of my life????
I requested cell c to close my account and they told me to settle the amount on the statement. I settled the amount and sent proof of payment, and then I received the following email: "Good day Mr. Rahlagane Mathebe, Thank you for contacting Cell C. Your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated on 03/01/2022. For any queries, call 084143 option 2. Regards, Wendy Cell C Written Correspondence Department " Suddenly I received another statement today stating that I owe R320 for the data, which I did not receive. Please stay the hell away from my life and terminate the relationship between me and your filthy company.
I asked you cell c people to send me a settlement amount about two months ago, last month I received a call promising to send me the settlement amount...up until today I didn't get anything and the amount keeps piling up. I contacted your contact center just now and was send from one consultant to the next without any help... I'm sick of you...please send me the settlement amount and the account I'm supposed to settle it in and get the hell out of my life. I'm tired of this.
