Absolutely horrendous service from Thomas Sabo!!! For a brand of this stature I am not only disappointed but disgusted. I ordered a ring two months ago, trying to get any feedback from their call center is almost impossible, I’m talking over 30+ emails, countless phone calls and Facebook messenger gets read and ignored! When you finally do reach someone you are fed lie after lie, it’s been two months, my order was supposedly already dispatched I was to receive it in the second week in Jan, which I haven’t, obviously and then it was supposedly dispatched last week and guess what? Still nothing, apparently they picked the order incorrectly! I’m starting to believe I will never receiver my order at this rate, it’s excuse after excuse. I do not recommend ANYONE to make use of their online shop!!!
