If I could give a place a minus star I would be this , ordered online and ordered confirmed to get an email saying I’m getting a refunded no reason why and when I call in they say it was an incorrect price mind you on 2 different items, never received such an issue from any online store before and they couldn’t even assist with giving me any options , worse store to buy from

Never use the online facility, it's almost 3 weeks and no sign of delivery! Inefficient and useless! The lady at Sandton City said she's happy for me to write a bad review on all platforms because it's not her problem

Good day I brought jewellery on black friday but unfortunately the sizes were big & other small they told me to return them ive dropped them on the 5/12/2024 gave them to some lady she eveb wrote notes for them for exchange i was specific that am gonna need them urgently on next week Saturday but no response til today worst customer service

Worst customer after sales ever. Bought very expensive watch which steamed up after 2 months, when I phoned them they picked up the watch after one day via Courier Guy. I am not receiveing any feedback after 3 months and cant find my watch anywhere, no respond to emails, phones just ringing

Absolutely horrendous service from Thomas Sabo!!! For a brand of this stature I am not only disappointed but disgusted. I ordered a ring two months ago, trying to get any feedback from their call center is almost impossible, I’m talking over 30+ emails, countless phone calls and Facebook messenger gets read and ignored! When you finally do reach someone you are fed lie after lie, it’s been two months, my order was supposedly already dispatched I was to receive it in the second week in Jan, which I haven’t, obviously and then it was supposedly dispatched last week and guess what? Still nothing, apparently they picked the order incorrectly! I’m starting to believe I will never receiver my order at this rate, it’s excuse after excuse. I do not recommend ANYONE to make use of their online shop!!!

Good day, note similar reviews to my experience with Thomas Sabo where I bought 2 pairs of hoop earrings in Feb 2019, only to have the ear love hook break off, on one of the earrings in Jun/Jul 2019, 4/5 months later. Upon indicating this defect, was also requested to pay in to have a replacement/repair. I find this totally unacceptable as it is clear that the product was defective. Apparently the this is also not under warranty....disappointing as I was a first time customer but will stick to tried and tested competitors such as Pandora instead.

The absolute worst customer care I have ever come across, I bought a bead around a year a go and one enamel fell off, they refused to exchange the bead and they want to charge me one third of the original price to repair it which I refused to pay, rather buy from PANDORA there customer support is great, I had the same situation with then and they swapped the bead for me right away

Over the past years I have bought a few items from Thomas Sabo. Never in my entire life, have I experienced such bad after sale service. After surviving breast cancer, I bought two matching (same range), but different bracelets for my daughter and I. We engraved the word infinity on it. My bracelet has a rose gold plate with little pearls right around on a sort of elastic. At some stage the elastic snapped and I could save more or less half of the tiny pearls. I gave in the bracelet at the Sandton Thomas Sabo branch on 22 November 2017. At the end of February 2018 I phoned the branch and enquired about my bracelet. They told me it has been send overseas and they haven’t received it back, as it was given in over the festive season. Again I phoned mid-March. This time the lady told me that they got a quotation and it will be R500 to fix this bracelet to its former glory. Just a few days later she phoned me to tell me it was ready. I was astonished as why now it took so quickly? ( was it really fixed overseas or just a quick fix because I threw a tantrum ) When I received the bracelet I was astonished to see that it looked completely different. Instead of replacing the peals, they used the leftover pearls and the rest of the bracelet looks like a flea market macramé bracelet. We bought those macramé bracelets recently for R40 in Mozambique. I was told that is what the new style looks like. If my bracelet looked like that when I shopped around for something special , I would have never bought it as its looks horrible and cheap. I also struggled in the shop to get the bracelet on, as it was extremely tight and the macramé wouldn’t move. I mailed their head office and attached pictures. Got an automated message and never heard from them again. I also gave in a watch, still under guarantee mid-February and still heard nothing from them.
