Vehicle problems

I took my vw Tiguan to Thompson motors for three times complaining about the coolant system and everytime I collect the car I still experienced the same problem, on the 8th of November I took the car back and until today the 25th of November the car is still at the dealership and they r saying the is a part that was sent to the factory and I don’t know when my car will be fixed and the dealership didn’t even offer a courtesy car
