This is the worst company to choose for renting,Katlego is the rudest person in the company, they are rude and unprofessional they don’t do things according to law, use they’re maintenance people to through people out of the units and on the street with children i saw pictures, if people don’t pay rent for one month, I got false documentation from their lawyers 1 week after an big operation they want to throw me out on the street, I still have all the documents it was false and they said it was an eviction order it was an normal printed document from their layers but it was delivered by the maintenance guy Morne not even a Sherrif from court and their weren’t any dates or a court stamp on it, I owed them R2800 at that time for attorneys cost which the lawyer just ad on the account for a simple letter every time , the attorney just write letters and letters and charge people I’m busy with the Demi show with this company, they treat people bad want money but don’t have any respect for people.
