EMPTY BOX DELIVERED

Hi

Please assist us with this query My father had ordered two items from this place from they threadmenswear. He had ordered a VERSACE tshirt and sneakers, however when the items were delivered the box was empty, we have gone up and down trying to get assistance however with no luck, we have been incontact with a gentlemen named Phil, however we have not gotten any assistance. The sneakers were very expensive andd its clear that they were ither not put in the box or they were stolen. Please assist, The order number is: #2395 (WEB2395) , My fathers name is Mondli Madondo
